- All subscription fees are non-refundable
- All charges are final once processed
- Unused article credits do not carry over and are not refundable
- No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality
- Failure to use the Service during your billing period
- Cancellation mid-billing period
- Inability to achieve desired SEO results or rankings
- Technical difficulties or service interruptions
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Duplicate or incorrect subscriptions (user error)
- Unused features or lack of usage
2. What We Sell
2.1 AI Content Generation Service
Trafficninja.io sells AI-powered content generation services ONLY. We provide:
- Artificial intelligence-generated written articles
- Content management tools
- WordPress publishing integration
- SEO analysis and suggestions
2.2 NOT an SEO Service
IMPORTANT: We do NOT sell:
- SEO services or guarantees
- Search engine ranking improvements
- Website traffic guarantees
- Keyword ranking guarantees
- Conversion rate optimization
- Any specific measurable business outcomes
2.3 No Guarantees
We make NO GUARANTEES regarding:
- Quality of AI-generated content meeting your specific expectations
- Search engine rankings or visibility improvements
- Organic traffic increases to your website
- Business results, leads, or conversions
- Accuracy or factual correctness of AI-generated content
- Uniqueness or plagiarism-free content (user must verify)
The content is provided "AS IS" and results may vary based on numerous factors outside our control.
3. Why We Have a No Refund Policy
3.1 Nature of Digital Services
- AI-generated content is delivered instantly upon creation
- Once content is generated, it has been consumed
- Digital products cannot be "returned" like physical goods
- Computational resources and AI API costs are incurred immediately
3.2 Subscription Model
- You pay for access to the Service for a specific time period
- Access is granted immediately upon payment
- You have the ability to use the Service throughout your billing period
- Partial refunds for partial period usage are not feasible
3.3 Fair Use
- All users receive the same Service with the same features
- You have the opportunity to test the Service before upgrading (if free trial available)
- Service descriptions, features, and limitations are clearly stated before purchase
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings:
- Log in to your Trafficninja.io account
- Navigate to Settings → Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
4.2 Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain full access to the Service until the end of the paid period
- You will NOT be charged for the next billing period
- Your account will be downgraded to free tier (if available) or suspended
- No refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your current billing period
4.3 Auto-Renewal
- All subscriptions auto-renew by default
- You must cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged
- If you are charged for a renewal, that charge is non-refundable
4.4 Reactivation
- You may reactivate a cancelled subscription at any time
- Reactivation will start a new billing period at current pricing
- Previous subscription terms do not carry over
5. Billing Errors and Disputes
5.1 Duplicate Charges
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same subscription:

- Provide proof of duplicate charges (bank statements, transaction IDs)
- We will investigate and correct genuine billing errors
- Correction may be provided as account credit, not a refund

If you believe a charge was unauthorized:

- Secure your account by changing your password
- We will investigate potential fraud or account compromise
- Proven unauthorized charges may be refunded at our sole discretion
5.3 Incorrect Plan or Pricing
If you were charged an incorrect amount due to a system error:

- We will investigate and correct pricing errors
- Correction may be provided as account credit or adjustment, not necessarily a cash refund
5.4 Payment Processing Errors
If a payment was processed but Service access was not granted due to technical issues:

- We will restore your access or provide equivalent account credit
- This does NOT constitute a refund but a correction of service delivery
6. Exceptions (At Our Sole Discretion)
While our policy is strictly no refunds, we may consider exceptions in extremely rare circumstances:
6.1 Service Unavailability
- If the Service is completely unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to our technical failure
- And we have not provided notice or alternative access
- We may issue a partial credit (not refund) proportional to downtime
6.2 Legal Requirements
- If legally required by applicable law in your jurisdiction
- We will comply with consumer protection laws where mandatory refunds are required
- Such refunds will be processed in accordance with legal requirements

- Allow us 7 business days to investigate and respond
- Work with us in good faith to resolve the issue
8. Downgrades and Plan Changes
8.1 Downgrading Your Plan
If you wish to switch to a lower-tier plan:
- You may downgrade at any time from account settings
- Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds or credits are issued for the difference in plan pricing
- Your usage limits will be reduced to the new plan limits on renewal
8.2 Upgrading Your Plan
If you wish to switch to a higher-tier plan:
- You may upgrade at any time
- Upgrade takes effect immediately
- You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period
- Your new plan pricing will apply on the next renewal
9. Third-Party Payment Processors
9.1 Stripe Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a third-party payment processor:
- We do not store your credit card information
- All payment disputes must be addressed through our support team, not directly with Stripe
- Stripe's refund policies do not override our No Refund Policy
9.2 Transaction Fees
Payment processing fees charged by Stripe or your bank are:
- Non-refundable under all circumstances
- Not controlled by Trafficninja.io
- Your responsibility as the purchaser
10. Account Termination by Us

- Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
- Abusive behavior toward staff or other users
- Illegal use of the Service
You will NOT receive any refund for the remaining subscription period.

11. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

- You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged
- If you do not cancel, you will be automatically charged at the end of the trial
- Charges after trial expiration are non-refundable
- It is your responsibility to cancel before being charged
11.2 Promotional Discounts
If you subscribed using a promotional discount or coupon:
- The discounted price is still subject to our No Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued, even if you are dissatisfied
- Promotional pricing is non-transferable and non-refundable

- You authorize us to charge your payment method
- You ensure your payment information is accurate
- You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancellations
